A satisfaction survey concerning ISSeP’s organization of proficiency tests was carried out at the end of 2022. This survey meets a requirement of ISO 17043:2010, for which the Institute has been accredited since 2016.
The results obtained indicate that the vast majority of respondents are satisfied with the types of proficiency tests carried out (in terms of matrices and parameters), the organization and the reports issued by the Reference Laboratory.
