Any natural or legal person who considers that a public service of Wallonia (Walloon Region) or of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (French Community) has not acted in accordance with the public service mission it is required to fulfil, may lodge an individual complaint with the Mediator, an independent institution.
Complaints can be made in French or German, in writing (by post or e-mail) or orally at the institution’s head office or at one of the decentralized offices organized in the Espaces Wallonie.
The complaint must be preceded by the necessary steps with the relevant departments in order to obtain satisfaction.
The process is free, confidential and impartial.
