The ISSeP presentation, entitled ” APPORT project: a common cross-border risks cartography for emergency planning in civil security “, was given by Ali Kheffi, Attaché at the Colfontaine branch. It described the preparation of operational plans for cross-border civil security, set up by the APPORT project (INTERREG IV France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen programming).
