In the context of the closing of our “Valse” project (validation of cross-border value chains for materials such as sediments and excavated soil), a closing symposium was held on Tuesday March 15 at Châtelet. This project is funded under the 2014-2020 Interreg V France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen program, and helps demonstrate the feasibility of materials reuse and the benefits of the circular economy. The event will also see the inauguration of a pedagogical cycle path developed as part of the project, using concrete formulated from waterway sediments.
